Rates for retail orders:

USA $3 USD or FREE for orders over $35 USD. 

Canada is FREE for any size Retail order.

International airmail $8 CAD for 1-3 items (about $6 USD), $13 for 4-6 items (about $10 USD)

Your necklace will be shipped by post from Montreal or Toronto, Canada. ( Canada Post / USPS / Royal Mail etc. )

I will do my very best to have your order in the mail by the next business day. 

 🎄Holiday orders 🎄--> Delivery times are unpredictable at the moment. If your order does not arrive in time for your purposes and you wish to return it, I will gladly accept returns and refund full price plus the postage --> providing you first contact me for instructions!

Delivery times are normally:

Canada: 2-6 business days

USA and International: 4-8 business days 

However, there may delays due to an increase in mail volume and distancing measures.

Returns:

If you are not 100% happy with your necklace, I will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange. Please let me know within 30 days of receiving your necklace and please hold onto the shipping package if possible. Return shipping is easy and affordable and I will pay for it upon request if you contact me before putting it back in the mail.
