An illustration of two Emperor penguins permanently fused to a kiln-fired handmade glass pendant necklace, handmade by Leila Cools.
The necklace will be 18" in cotton cord or chain as shown in the photo unless otherwise requested. The size of the pendant is approximately: 3/4" x 7/8".

Shipping rates for retail orders:
USA : $10 CAD for (about $7 USD) delivered by USPS, with tracking.
Canada: FREE by lettermail for any size Retail order (no tracking). Canada Post Expedited, with tracking, available at checkout.
International airmail $12.50 CAD for 1 item, $14 CAD for 2-3 items, pricing for additional quantities at checkout.
Your item will be shipped by post from Montreal, Canada. ( Canada Post / USPS / Royal Mail etc. )
I will do my very best to have your order in the mail by the next business day.
Delivery times are typically:
Canada: 2-6 business days
USA and International: 4-8 business days
However, there may delays during peak times due to an increase in mail volume.

If you are not 100% happy with your necklace, I will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange.
Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions. Please hold onto the original shipping package if possible.

✧ ✦ ✧ I make these pendants individually from layers of glass, using a high temperature kiln as well as other tools and equipment.
✧ ✦ ✧ The image is printed onto a special paper which burns away in the kiln, allowing the image, made up of mostly metal oxide, to fuse to the glass.
✧ ✦ ✧The glass pendant is strong and durable but smooth to the touch.
✧ ✦ ✧ A hole is drilled into the pendant for a secure fit to the cord or chain.
✧ ✦ ✧ I make each neck cord and neck chain which are specially designed to keep the clasp in the back and the pendant in front:)
✧ ✦ ✧ I strive for zero-waste in my jewellery-making and many of my designs include materials left over and recycled from previous projects.
✧ ✦ ✧ Handmade by me, from start to finish.
✧ ✦ ✧ I have over a decade's experience fusing glass. My pendants are waterproof and made to last many years.

My GLASS pieces are made from scratch and kiln-fired. The CORD necklaces are made with high quality Japanese waxed cotton. Most CHAIN parts and CLASPS are metal alloy unless specified or requested.

Care Instructions
The cotton cord necklaces can get wet (I wear mine in the shower!) but may shrink about 1/2"-1". I have allowed about 1/2' extra for normal wear.
The glass pieces are quite sturdy, particularly those with rounded edges, but best not to drop them on a hard floor if possible;) Clean with a non-abrasive cloth or method.

Beautifully packaged and just as I had hoped for. Been looking at this for a while and so glad I finally bought it for myself!
This pendant is so beautiful and so cleverly made.\nIt arrived very speedily, which was appreciated as it was a gift for my daughter.\nMy daughter loved it and she was especially pleased to be sent an additional leather cord to wear with it as well as the silver chain. \nThank you for all your help with my order.
