A mini batch of Flying Bird glass necklaces on brass chain just added to my website shop - 6 necklaces - each one-of-a kind.
I'm always trying for zero waste, particularly with my glass. I love glass and really prefer to never throw any of it away. I keep containers filled with all the left over bits from each type of glass I use. One way I use some of it up is to experiment with colour combination by making glass drops. And sometimes I find a real winner and make a batch or 2 or 3, like the the colours below... And they seemed perfectly suited for my Tabby Cat head image...making a cute but serious cat face fun and bright. -:- ...
One of a kind necklace with kiln fired glass pieces embedded with bubbled and patinated copper on a 30” chain, adjustable to 26”. ✨Just available on my website for now ✨
A new style just added to the shop. Silver Star Necklace in red and rose pink glass. A painted silver star fused under kiln-fired glass with flattened copper rings on a Japanese cotton cord necklace.
3 of my ‘classic’ necklaces. I’ve been holding onto these samples but I’ve sent them off to Arts On Queen, (Queen St E Toronto, Beaches) with plans to make more 🤔
